 Constituent service will be my top priority. Whether using new Internet technology or old-fashioned town hall meetings, I want to reach out to my constituents to learn what their needs, goals and concerns are and how I may work with them to better their community and relationship to the City. As your Mayor, you can expect the same good service from my office no matter where you live in Atlanta.
- Email Updates: My regular Email newsletters will keep interested constituents updated on proposed legislation, public meetings or other critical information so you can have a voice in City government.
- Annual Report: I will issue a year-end annual report of my activities as Mayor. This will be my opportunity to let you know what I've been doing and to solicit your feedback and suggestions for the coming year.
- Personal Service: I understand that when you call the Mayor's office for assistance managing City government, you are probably already frustrated by the complexity of bureaucracy you've encountered. To ensure a high level of responsive constituent service, my office will be utilizing a specialized software application that assists our team in managing and tracking your service request. We will be committed to a personal touch by answering your questions, returning your phone calls and emails and ensuring that your relationship with City government is positive.
